This annual survey is an opportunity to comment on topics ranging from the condition of your apartment to the customer service you receive from our staff. Your input helps us prioritize our work, evaluate changes, and improve our service to you.
More than 23,000 residents responded to the last survey, providing valuable information that allows NYCHA to better understand the experience of residents and focus our work to best serve you.
